The staff was very professional and helpful. I received assistance with joining the membership program, which allowed free early check-in and late check-out. The room had many amenities and was very clean. The hotel's location proved convenient, with easy access to shopping, the town square, and the train station.
The room had insufficient soundproofing, and I experienced some disturbance due to outside noise during the night.

the room was spacious and quite clean. i also found the location very convenient for accessing the central station (it's near the hotel).
the breakfast was quite basic and did not really meet expectations for the price. i also had some issues with the soundproofing (i could hear noises from other rooms).

Splendid Stay I Had

The location is great, there were many cafes and restaurants so close. The rooms are larger than the average size, I found it pretty comfortable. I found the common areas of the hotel well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was very good, it had a nice variety and quality.
The rooms style was a little old. The gym wasn't the best, I did find that. I saw that it was mostly empty and it only has one toilet. I thought the place need some work to be done!

I saw the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for guest use. The hotel includes a business center with computers and printers, very useful for last minute travel documents. Vending machines are located on several floors, so it's easy to get a snack or drink.

The restaurant features an extensive menu with international and local cuisine, I noted. A breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items for everyone to have a good start. The bar serves a selection of cocktails, wines, and beers in the evening.
