The hotel's location allowed simple exploration of the city's main attractions. It was easy to walk or use public transport. i found the staff polite, a real testament to their dedication. breakfast presented various food choices. I had so many options!

I found the breakfast offered many choices, fitting all tastes. I especially appreciated the variety. The room was cozy with really comfortable beds. One day, I even received breakfast boxes for a trip early in the morning, a very considerate gesture.

I experienced problems with the cleaning quality , disappointing. Some days, the staff didn't clean the room AT all. I found out at checkout that I needed to put a special sign for cleaning, something nobody mentioned .

The staff was very professional and helpful. I received assistance with joining the membership program, which allowed free early check-in and late check-out. The room had many amenities and was very clean. The hotel's location proved convenient, with easy access to shopping, the town square, and the train station.

The room had insufficient soundproofing, and I experienced some disturbance due to outside noise during the night.

The location is great, there were many cafes and restaurants so close. The rooms are larger than the average size, I found it pretty comfortable. I found the common areas of the hotel well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was very good, it had a nice variety and quality.

The rooms style was a little old. The gym wasn't the best, I did find that. I saw that it was mostly empty and it only has one toilet. I thought the place need some work to be done!
